225 gr butter
+100 gr flour
200 gr dk brown sugar
225 gr golden caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs
6 tbsp cocoa
1) Beat well
2) Pour mixture into pan 7" x10" or 18c x 25c approx
3) BAKE in oven approx 30/35 mins 180 c or gas mark 5
Cake should spring back when lightly touched
